Join me at the cosy space of my North London home for this hands-on cookery class & lunch. Together we will learn to make what can only be described as the best buns in the world (in my humble opinion). Knishes are a true gem of Ashkenazi cookery, as they are simple to make, inexpensive, waste-less, and full of beautiful flavours and fascinating histories.
Together we will make knishes from scratch, making the dough, the 3 types of fillings, learning a signature knish-making technique, and then enjoy them for lunch alongside some dishes which I will prepare for you in advance.
Order of the class:
10am - arrival & cup of tea
10:20am - cooking classs
12:30-1:30pm - lunch
All ingredients and equipment will be supplied, please bring your own apron! These classes host a max of 8 people. You are very welcome to come by yourselves or bring a +1.
