Exploring my Eastern European heritage which encompasses Ukrainian, Ashkenazi, Russian and Polish routes, I love creating dishes that are both linked to the countries of their origin and reflect the global modern world we live in. I regularly run online and in person classes in London which are veg-centric and seasonal, often themed around holidays or special occasions.
