Let’s make the most of what technology has to offer and enjoy some inspiring time together without leaving the cosy spaces of our own kitchens. If you’d like to try your hand at making some classics of Russian cuisine, like pirozhki buns, Siberian pelmeni dumplings or an array of ferments, then my Salt and Time series are for you! Together we will learn not just how to make certain dishes but also share the pleasure of cooking together and learn a lot about Russian culture, history and traditions. Chose either of the three courses, or why not try them all! All of these recipes are variations on the dishes that I offer in my cookbook, Salt and Time. This course is taken from the comfort and the familiar space of your own kitchen, and please make sure you have a glass of wine near by, as we enjoy the classes in a friendly and very relaxed atmosphere.
