About me
I am a London-based food creative from Russia. Originally a historian with a PhD in Soviet cinema history, I have been forging an exciting career in food over the last 8 years. I am a founder, curator and chef of the popular London supper club, KinoVino, a host of the MotherFood podcast, and an author of critically acclaimed cookbook, Salt and Time. In 2019 I was honoured to be chosen number 1 of the Observer’s New Voices in Food, while Waitrose magazine named my cooking the trend for 2021. I host regular dinning experiences and food popups, as well as cooking classes & courses online. My culinary work is featured in major national publications, such as The Guardian, The Economist, House&Garden, Olive Magazine, RED, The Independent amongst others. I am currently working on a new cookbook and co-developing a culinary travel TV show project.
